Introduction

Hilink is an AI-generated platform that allows teachers to create educational content. It is a browser tool which makes it widely accessible and many platforms (Rubbelke, 2023). Hilink uses AI which makes the building process quicker and easier for educators. This tool builds the lessons and the content but allows educators to edit and adjust the content to suit their needs. Hilink uses a virtual classroom to create an engaging experience for students. Hilink can also be used as a collaboration tool between educators and students. This tool allows educators to use an AI chatbot to create lessons or simple boxes to fill out. The classroom can be accessed by the students and educators with a unique code.

This chapter takes educators through the simple process that uses advanced AI to limit teacher burnout and make the process of lesson planning a breeze. Hilink creates an enjoyable and interactive experience for both teachers and students.

Connection to Curriculum

There are no direct connections to the curriculum in relation to specific subjects or criteria but this AI tools ensures that educators help their students reach the learning goals outlined in the curriculum.

Although Hilink doesn’t raise any red flags under Critical Media Literacy there are some things to consider when using AI.

  • AI programs may produce plagiarized results
  • AI programs may produce inaccurate or false information
  • AI programs may have privacy risk

Hilink takes great pride in their data privacy. Hilink receives no personal data from students or teachers, ensures all data is safe. Hilink also ensures that fact-checking is in place to ensure that the information is accurate.

Acknowledgement of AI Use

I acknowledge that AI was used in this chapter in many forms. OpenArt was used to create the colourful abstract image of a classroom and ChatGPT was used to help create ideas for prompts in relation to a math lesson in the classroom. AI is an important and helpful tool in all aspects of learning.
