Introduction

Kylee-Anne Hingston

The Victorian Prose and Poetry Anthology is a living Open Education anthology, developed for English 334: Victorian Prose and Poetry at the University of Saskatchewan, taught by Kylee-Anne Hingston, Assistant Professor in the Department of English at St. Thomas More College.

The primary source texts were selected by Dr. Hingston and compiled into this anthology by Kai McKenzie. Emily Zbaraschuk contributed to the formatting of the anthology. In addition to some minor editorial notes by Dr. Hingston or Emily Zbaraschuk (indicated with a “–K.H.” or “–E.Z.,” respectively), introductory materials and editorial notes will be written by students taking ENG 334 and will be added to the textbook each term.
