Acknowledgements

Once again, our thanks to all of the people who have assisted us over the years in putting the various editions of this book together. In particular, we would like to thank Josh Watt, Joe Warbanski and Tom Paci for their help in assembling up-to-date inter-provincial data for the 6th edition.  

This latest edition would not have moved onto this professional open textbook virtual space without the guidance of Heather Ross and Wendy James from the Gwenna Moss Centre for Teaching and Learning, and technical support from Julie Maier from the Distance Education Unit at the University of Saskatchewan.
